Police Report an Incident on London Bridge [Update]

Saturday, June 3, 2017, the London Metropolitan Police tweeted that an incident occurred on the London bridge.

According to eyewitness Mark Roberts, who was on the national landmark bridge, a van was speeding when it swerved into oncoming traffic and ran into a bus stop. He further reported seeing at least five people on the ground and they appeared to be unconscious. The van seemed to head straight toward the pedestrians, and shortly after the vehicle struck the bus stop, Roberts said he heard, what sounded like gunshots. There were about 100 people on the bridge at the time….
